The staff was very friendly and helpful. They offered great suggestions for local restaurants and activities. The room was lovely and clean, with a comfortable bed and nice decor. We also enjoyed the complementary breakfast and beautiful views of the surrounding area from the balcony.
The location was a bit difficult to find and it was a little far from the city center. We also experienced some noise from neighboring rooms, which made it difficult to relax fully.

The hotel boasts of a great location, situated near the bus station to Rome and in the midst of the mountains. the rooms are spacious and clean with a nice view of the picturesque mountains. the personal service is commendable, advising and helping guests with excursion plans and providing printed timetables. there is a typical Italian bar beneath the hotel, perfect for enjoying coffee or pastries.
The hotel seems to lack proper noise isolation between the rooms and the restaurant/terrace below, causing noise disturbance to the guests, especially those with rooms above.

The view from the room was amazing, and the cleanliness of the room was remarkable. the recommendations and help from staff to explore nearby places added ease to my business trip. the hotel was easily accessible and situated in a good location, with transport facilities close.
The noise from the restaurant and terrace made it difficult to sleep, and the sound isolation was poor. the breakfast was below average and could have been better.
